- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a Life/ Relationship Coach & Motivational Speaker after living many years of my life reacting to negative situations and not thinking my way through. I realized that by having a conscious awareness of the decisions that I made in my life, that I could choose at any time to simply make a new choice. I learned that once I made the choice then I had to develop a plan to make it "show up" in my life. After successfully rebuilding my life after, financial disaster, divorce, and depression I begin to speak to others about my journey, and that's how EXHALE! was born.
