Introduction: I recently received my online 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Vida in New York, but movement has always been a part of my life. I’m also a professional dancer and wanted to grow my movement training through yoga by becoming a certified teacher. My classes offer accessibility that provide variations for all levels of students. I create a positive and safe atmosphere while teaching and I love to provide clarity and creativity in my sequences where students feel accomplished after taking my class.

My yoga session with Emilee was truly a wonderful experience. She did a great job of leading me through the flow smoothly, and her voice was so calming. She has the valuable teaching skill of knowing when and how to critique your poses, while remaining warm and approachable. I’m looking forward to taking more classes with her in the future!

I took a private class with Emilee over Zoom. I am an experienced yoga practitioner but I am struggling with some back issues, etc. Emilee tailored the class to my needs and adjusted as we went along. I felt like she was really paying attention to my body and what I needed in that moment/was able to do. I've been practicing for several years and it's rare to find someone so intuitively connected. She is also super sweet and made me feel really welcomed! I loved that she was able to offer me the class over Zoom as I am not in her area at the moment. Overall, I would recommend Emilee and I will be taking more classes in the future when my body needs a reset! :)

Emilee is great! I’m not super advanced in yoga and she made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I could work at my own pace alongside her. I took a private lesson with her and her approach was very professional, personable, and soothing. Loved my experience! Thank you Emilee!
