No, every repair and roof is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identify what is the roof issue. Repair, insurance claim, or someone just needing a new roof. Advise the customer and/or provide an estimate. Each job is unique and should be handled as such. We work for the homeowner and our job is advise and guide until satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree and 8 years in roofing; gutters and siding business. Also had over 21 years experience in chemical distribution which helped me with logistics and problem solving..
