- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No I haven't been to any class for this but my grandson has taken culinary arts
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always wanted to do catering service or run a restaurateur since I was younger. I am now ready to put it in motion. I am a very good cook so I don't think it is going to be a problem for me to cook big portions. I got what I need to do the job now.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I did a dinner for family of about 100 people . Christmas Dinner was what I cooked for. Plenty food was left over and it came out well. Very well. Chicken Turkey Ham Mac n cheese Dressing Giblets gravy Collards Cornbread Rice Green beans Potato salad Cake Banana pudding
