I hired B.F. Furniture for a small job (assembly of new couch and take old couch to storage). His response time was great. We discussed what the job would consist of, discussed a reasonable price and the next day, he arrived. He was respectful, very professional and took this small job seriously. When we arrived at the storage unit, he moved things around carefully to ensure my couch would fit. Proverbs 22:1, “A man’s name is more desirable than great riches.” This young man takes pride in his business. Very professional, prompt, and courteous. We recently subscribed to his services on a Thursday rotation- when I went outside Thursday morning at 6am to pull the can to the street, he had already walked to the side of our home and collected it before 5am. And then on Sunday- I go outside and notice that the cardboard boxes that I laid on top of my smaller trash can had been collected and noticed that Brandon had delivered one of his larger cans to us. If you are going to put your name on a product make sure it’s a product that you yourself would purchase . Mr Brandon, with B.F Furniture and Trash Puck-up , we appreciate you for going over and above to offer excellent customer service and we look forward to working with you.
