FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As stated before. Every business deals is different. We listen to the clients needs and offer the best competitive price possible. We take all factors into mind as we process the compensation for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first establish a trust factor, by asking what their needs are. And we actually listen to their desires. Sometimes customers do not know. That's when we kick into high gear and troubleshoot for their needs and professionally take care of their needs in a timely fashion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'd have to start this answer off with a quote from, Albert Einstein. "The only source of knowledge is Experience." And one from, Julius Caesar, "Experience is the Teacher of all things." As a Business Founder, I have ascertained a majority my knowledge via actually doing business with others directly. Every client we attain has different wants and needs. No two business deals are the same. Adhering to each clients needs as they specify is where true knowledge excels in any business. I nor any of my employees at this time obtain a piece of paper stating we are educated for any specific realm of expertise. (Neither did/does Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, Ingvar Kamprad {IKEA}, Jerry Yang {YAHOO}, John D. Rockefeller Sr., Steve Jobs {APPLE}, and my favorite of all Walt Disney.) We do not take on a business transaction if we are not qualified in the particular job at hand.
