He was in far too much of a hurry. It felt like a quick “wham, bam, thank you ma’am,” and he was out the door without ever taking a moment to verify the results or ask if I was satisfied. Several windows were left with squeegee streaks, others still had a noticeable haze, and the upper kitchen window was never squeegeed at all—just dried cleaning solution left behind. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but when the job wasn’t completed properly and he didn’t bother to confirm the quality of his work or check in with me, I was left with no choice. Receiving a request afterward through the Thumbtack app to rate the service only reinforced that he should have ensured everything was done correctly before leaving.
