Chef Win catered two meals for us in Charleston at an air bnb we were staying at. It was for a friend's wedding and there were 15 of us. He prepared the welcome meal on Saturday night and brunch on Sunday. We were all blown away. EVERYTHING was so well done, he is such a professional and a pleasure to work with and made it all so easy. I would highly recommend and endorse him. In the words of my friend "the food was so good even my picky daughter ate everything" Well done Chef Win - I was an honor getting to know you.May 25, 2018VerifiedIt's a Win-Win Catering Whoosah! Mynonprofit organization hosted this event to honor Mrs. Johana Hayes, the National Teacher of the Year, and our special guest were girls from local group homes. Your professional staff gave attention to details to help make the room look inviting and to make the food very delectable. They also made sure that the kitchen and serving area was clean before leaving. During the dinner, the guest requested information on the chef, of which I gladly shared. They were making comments of how good the food tasted and how nice the presentation was as well. Thank you again for the professional care of “It’s A Win Win.” I will be using your services again and I am sharing your company services with others. Regards, Roslin J. Fields Roslin J. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I've always been taught that every client has different needs, so I consider that when planning to cater their event. I always strive to provide quality food and excellent service at a fair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to be personable. I usually ask them to call me first, then I pray, so that when we talk again we can be a blessing to each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?20 years of experience in restaurant, years of college, ServSafe Certification, DHEC Certification, trained by some of the best chefs, and a lot of kneeology (prayer) has helped develop my skills greatly.
