- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a competition Pitmaster that competes in 20 or more BBQ, Chili, & Burger events a year. I belong to KCBS, SCBA, & SBN BBQ Organizations. Most of my recipes I have won awards for. I competed on the 1st Season of American Grilled from The Travel Channel in 2014 and have had my recipes published in magazines and newspapers such as Smoke Signals and Summerville Journal. I also teach BBQ, Grilling and Spice Classes for The BBQ Pantry and Carolina Pitmasters Cooking School.
