- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that it depends on what they’re wondering. I provide drop off service and full service. Drop off pricing is just to prepare what your wanting and drop off to your desired location. Full service would be prepare the meals,setup buffet style and I would have wait staff helping service your event. For full service standard ingredients price ranges for $17-$24 per person depending on the occasion!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to any potential customers to see what are their exact needs and wants such as menu options. Once agreed they would make a deposit to hold their date of event. Then three weeks prior to the event the balance had to be paid in full.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandparents owned a local family restaurant in Summerville SC where I worked for 5years in the kitchen. Then I ended up owning my own catering company. I love what I do!
