I have a old xp hp computer thats always have had problems. It was either really slow or full of junk. Well i got my computer from my parents and this old worn out computer was standing on its last legs. I called scott because he has helped me before with this computer. He took a look at it said its not dead and its fixable, i didn't believe him because this tower is xp no one uses xp anymore,well after a fews weeks of him sorting and installing missing drivers and transfering information and updating this thing its faster than the first of buying it. Scott is very informative on what to do and how to trouble shoot a problem and he helped me out alot. Excellent service i would recommend him to everyone.

    When I'm not working or playing around with computers I'm reading articles, watching technology shows or talking to someone about new tech coming out.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    When I bought my first computer back 1980. It gave me a few problems and not being able to hire a professional, I learned to fix them myself. As my family and friends learned I could repair them they wanted me to fix theirs to. I have been doing it ever since and enjoy it!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    The most common requests for me are reinstalling or recovering the operating system, cleaning viruses or setting up security features.
