I started Beyond The PC LLC in order to bring the same level of expertise and professionalism to the small business owner and home computer users that corporations enjoy with their dedicated IT departments.
After working in one of those IT departments, I built up over 20 years of diverse computer experience to add to a bachelor of science degree in engineering. Having managed a help desk, I have learned what computer users want, need, and expect.
Besides having managed a help desk, I have worked as a network administrator, corporate trainer, IT purchasing agent, database administrator, and software programmer. I have had numerous IT-related training classes in Microsoft, Cisco, and HP systems, just to name a few.
My 25+ years of diverse experience provide me with a level of expertise and insight that few other consultants can provide. I am so confident that I can solve your problem, and that there is no charge on any quoted work if it is not completed!
