Every job is unique in that there are many ways to setup a cost. Its best to discuss the options for every job, and it is equally important to understand the scope of your job in its entirety.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, service work is best provided and paid for at completion. An agreement will be made to pay for services at completion. Cash or Check is accepted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certificate of Completion for Building Construction Technology from 2006. 15+ years of various types of residential construction experience. 7 years as an Oregon licensed general contractor.
