We were terrified that our mold problem was worse than it looked. So Mr. Carpenter came out and took air samples and swabs of the problem areas. After the lab results came back, Mr. Carpenter gave us suggestions on how we could fix the problem ourselves (thank goodness!) and even found a potential leak in our roof which he took a picture of and kindly sent to me. All around great experience! We can't thank him enough!

Mr Carter responded soon after I requested an inspection
He was willing to offer his services at a time convenient for my husband’s work schedule. The pending hurricane and mandatory evacuations changed our plans and Mr Cater was flexible. He responded promptly to any communication. His inspection was very thorough. He took the tome to inform us of his findings answering many questions with detail and clarity. I have purchased and sold a few properties in my time. Mr Carter is impressive with his attention to detail and willingness to give the client the time needed. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

As a first time home buyer, looking at an inspection report can be a bit daunting at first. Willie went above and beyond with the inspection, there were pictures, videos, comments anything you could think of, he had it. He even got on the phone and helped me through every part of the inspection...with my mother none the less! I would and will recommend him to anyone, and absolutely will use him in the future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on standard business practices in our profession. Are prices are competitive and fair. My goal is to always give you more than what you expect! In my career I have inspected thousands of homes and my experience is both relevant and valuable in today’s market. I have good reviews on Google , Facebook, Angies’s List, Thumbtack and HomeGauge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I make initial contact with the client or the Realtor over the phone, I get as much information as possible about what the purpose of the inspection is and information about the property to be inspected. Once I have all of the needed information, the time for the inspection is set and both the invoice and the home Inspection agreement is emailed to the client. All of this is done on my website.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state licensed and certified Internachi home inspector.
I am insured to inspect new construction.
I am a licensed Realtor.
I am the author of the home inspection book entitled, “ A Comprehensive Guide to Home Inspection” (My book is sold on Amazon)
