We are a veteran and family-owned and-operated local business. We take the time to walk our clients through the inspection process and encourage our clients to attend the home inspection. We will have an easy to read report prepared and ready for our clients the same day of the inspection. We want to give our clients a quality and professional home inspection at a great price. I have worked in the construction industry as well for over 10 years. I enjoy helping buyers, whether its first time buyers or seasoned buyers in the process of selecting the perfect home for their family. I am available to answer questions before, during and after the inspection process.

Doug was professional, prompt and thorough in his inspections of our prospective home. He spent close to three hours going through the house top to bottom on the initial inspection. And when we asked him to come out to the house to do a second inspection after repairs had been made, he was able to fit us into his schedule and the rate was reasonable. Each report provided was comprehensive and contained pictures of the areas inspected. He answered the vast array of questions that I had with patience and gave us tips on how to maintain the home once we become new home owners. I would definitely recommend Doug to any one looking for a home in the Charleston area.

Doug did an excellent job inspection our new home. He was very thorough and took a lot of time looking at everything in the home. His price was 30% better than the competition and he had our report delivered later that night after our inspection.
