Home Key Home Inspections was very thorough from start to finish in meeting our needs of a home inspection. They went above and beyond! Nick got onto the roof which inspectors in the past have not done. He even suited up and went into the crawl space. I have paid an inspector extra money before for a crawl space and all he did was poke his head in so I was very thrilled Nick actually got into the crawl space to take pictures of all that was going on. Picking this company saved us thousands of dollars!

Nick helped me in the nic (no pun intended) of time. I needed to have a modular inspected because I was deploying the next day and had so much going on. On top of that, I lived 2 hours away. He assured me that I didn’t need to be there for his inspection since we had arranged his arrival and access to the building already but I feel that a personal exchange of services along with quality business manner was paramount; so although I didn’t show up when I said I would, he went straight into action until I arrived. I appreciated his promptness and his knowledge of inspecting. He gave me the good and bad of my potential investment. He was well mannered and pleasant and his report was promptly delivered that same night of the inspection thanks to his preparation and professionalism for his job. I now have in my hand, all the necessary information I need to hire a contractor and get this project under way. Thanks for help Nick. I would use you again if my needs are needed in your area. I expect a discount next time lol
