Hubert went above and beyond throughout our stressful new home build. Since we were building from out of state, he truly became our eyes and ears during the entire process.His inspections are exceptionally thorough, and his reports are detailed, easy to understand, and accompanied by clear explanations of every finding. He was always available to answer our questions and repeatedly adjusted his schedule to accommodate last-minute changes from the builder, even when it seemed nearly impossible for him to gain access.Huberts professionalism, expertise, and dedication gave us tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful experience. Incredibly thorough ... I was amazed when I watched Hubert identify wood rot in a door frame that had been intentionally hidden. I was also pleased Hubert encouraged my involvement and questions. Not only did he answer all our questions, his body language and eye contact made sure I understood. My wife and I won't be using anyone else for future home inspections.

They did a great job. Their inspection report was extremely thorough. I was a little worried when I saw the report was 12 pages but after looking it showed extreme attention to detail and pointed out even things to look out for in the future. They did a great job.
