At first, very responsive in scheduling a day/time. One day before the scheduled day, she asked if she could come the following day instead… due to a personal issue, and I agreed. The day comes and I don’t hear from her. I message multiple times asking when/if she is coming. She never responded to me and never showed up. It really put me in a bind, as I was moving out and new tenants were moving in the following day.
