Our number one goal is customer satisfaction when the customers are satisfied we know that we have achieved our goal. we are very outgoing hard workers. we work in a timely manner and are very detailed oriented. We get it the job done no matter the job it is.
we enjoy being able to help clients who sometimes just need a little hand in every day cleaning wether it be weekly, biweekly, monthly, or just a one time clean. I as the owner have heard so many different stories why someone may be in need of cleaning services. Just being able to help and know that we were able to take a load off on a client who was in need of our services no matter what their situation may have been makes it well worth knowing why i chose this profession. To be able to help others no matter what their situation may be.

Highly Recommend!! I'm so glad we hired Sparkle and Shine Cleaning services. Chantall and Corey are fantastic! Not only do they clean houses --they offer yard cleanup and heavy debris removal services. We recently had four trees cut down & grinded which left behind a mountain of wood chips, mulch and dirt. Sparkle and Shine came out and removed all the leftover debris in just a few hours. Chantall was quick to respond to our request, prompt and very professional. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Sparkle and shine does an amazing job cleaning my house and also doing my yearly deep cleans. They are very detailed with their cleanings and treated my home as it were their own. I recommend sparkle and shine to everyone who wants their home cleaned or even wants a deep cleaning.

We hired Sparkle and Shine for a deep clean. We were really pleased with the bathrooms, blinds, and kitchen. In particular the back of our bathroom door some black mold I didn't even know could be removed, and they make it shine!
Our wood floors were not as clean as I'd hoped they would be. The clean took 2 hours longer than estimated (but she only charged us for an additional 1.5 hours). I was disappointed to come in over budget, but I understand it's hard to estimate a timeframe site unseen.
