I highly recommend Spotly for anyone looking for a thorough, professional cleaning service. Josephine was great to work with, and Emanuel did an outstanding job cleaning my rental property.
He truly went above and beyond. There were stains in the carpet that I honestly didn’t think could be removed, but he was able to get them out. He worked methodically through each floor of the house, took his time, and paid attention to details that many cleaners overlook, including the baseboards.
The house hasn’t been this clean since I’ve owned it. I was especially impressed with his patience, thoroughness, and commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it.
I was also relieved to find someone on short notice who delivered such exceptional results. Spotly exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

I hired Spotly Cleaning Services for a deep clean in Charleston (West Ashley area) and I was blown away. This is not a franchise or a lead selling app -it’s a real local business. They gave me a flat price upfront ,no hourly games and brought all supplies.
The team is insured and handled everything-from baseboards , mildew from humidity, pollen on the window sills and inside of the appliances.

First, I contact the client to find out their needs exactly. When I arrive, we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I make a suggestion on what I would like to do. They either agree or disagree and I go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
