Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A. We are a member of the AMLPA. We go through the FPP training program. I am very active in communications with other small moving companies on the east coast where we regularly share tips and trade secrets to help us all improve.
Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
A. We have a very basic pricing system with 4 different options that fit the family or individual moving budgets. Visit on the rates section of our website on www.sureloadmoving.com. We have the lowest rates registered with the state for Local Movers.
Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. When I was 15 I helped my best friend load his mother's U-Haul when she was moving to New Hampshire. It was a great workout and I enjoyed the challenge of the tetris like skills it took to load the truck correctly. Then she gave us $40 dollars each and that made it even more rewarding.
Q. What types of customers have you worked with?
A. Intense Labor- I was raised in the country where hard work was just a way of life. The skills that I learned I instill into my company and our employees. Our culture creates customer loyalty.
Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A. Helping a gentleman that was on a fixed income. He sent me a letter in the mail (yes snail mail-LOL) thanking myself and my crew for making his Moving Experience not only the Most cost efficent move he had ever experienced , but he also stated he had always felt overwhelmed on move day until he used us. It is rewarding when someone takes the time to remind you what makes you love what you do.

A. How important it is to hire Movers who Care. If you work hard for your belongings it makes sense to hire a Company that understands and can guide you through the process of protecting your belongings so they can last a lifetime.
