- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and transparent—no hidden fees or surprise charges. We charge a flat rate of $389 for the first 2 hours and $159 for each additional hour. This includes a professional crew of 2 movers, truck, and basic equipment. We also have quotes for 3 or more movers. We don’t ask for any payment upfront—you only pay when the job is done and you’re completely satisfied. We also offer discounts for seniors, veterans, and repeat customers, because we believe in rewarding loyalty and giving back to those who serve our community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone consultation, FaceTime walk through or a physical walkthrough if needed. This helps to understand the size and scope of the move. From there, we provide a clear, upfront quote—no surprises, no hidden fees. Once booked, we confirm details before the move and stay in communication throughout. After the job is complete, we follow up to ensure everything met or exceeded expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While much of our success comes from hands-on experience, our team is trained in proper lifting techniques, safe packing practices, and handling fragile or specialty items. We also keep up with best practices in logistics and customer service so we can deliver consistently smooth experiences.
