Chef Jelo did an omakase dinner for 3 couples. We loved everything he put together and prepared extras of the dishes that were our favorites. He was very responsive about the fish he was ordering (only sources from Hawaii) and provided everything (dishes, place settings, etc.) He cleaned up everything and we couldn't have been more happy with the food. We are a discerning group from New Orleans and he made our trip a real treat. Will definitely use again in the future.

Amazing! Chef Jelo was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to pick ingredients I could easily purchase. He was very thorough in showing me techniques and explaining how to recreate what was cooked. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Chef Jelo for another instruction.

Menu is catered to my clients specific needs. As a Chef, I make sure all my product and ingridients are fresh and on high quality.

I went to Culinary Institute of Charleston and have been working in the kitchen and sushi for almost 11 years now.
