- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the ingridients. Products has been going up and down especially in this time. Please shoot a message first to have a better understanding about pricing. Also, I would love to know if you have an occasion to celebrate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Menu is catered to my clients specific needs. As a Chef, I make sure all my product and ingridients are fresh and on high quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Culinary Institute of Charleston and have been working in the kitchen and sushi for almost 11 years now.
