I asked Chef Jelo to give my wife and I a fine dining experience at home that we would remember and he delivered! I would 100% recommend him to anyone. He traveled 2 1/2 hours to give us one of the best meals we’ve had in awhile. He made us banchan, bulgolgi and his mother’s recipe for cassava cake which was to die for. He made sure he adhered to my wife’s dietary restrictions, because she was pregnant, and Chef Jelo gifted us some beautiful quality chopsticks to remember the occasion. He even brought the wine, which paired well with the food he made! Thank you Chef and we will see you again!

Chef Jelo did an omakase dinner for 3 couples. We loved everything he put together and prepared extras of the dishes that were our favorites. He was very responsive about the fish he was ordering (only sources from Hawaii) and provided everything (dishes, place settings, etc.) He cleaned up everything and we couldn't have been more happy with the food. We are a discerning group from New Orleans and he made our trip a real treat. Will definitely use again in the future.

Chef Jelo did an absolutely FANTASTIC job preparing and serving a delicious sushi dinner for 10 people celebrating a bachelorette weekend. Everything about the meal felt special and stress-free. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Menu is catered to my clients specific needs. As a Chef, I make sure all my product and ingridients are fresh and on high quality.

I went to Culinary Institute of Charleston and have been working in the kitchen and sushi for almost 11 years now.
