Personal Training

My son had a goal to join the military but struggled with his weight. Andrew started working with him in September, by December my son made weight and was accepted into the US Army. He started basic training last week and we know without Andrew’s dedication, motivation, and mentoring - he wouldn’t be where he is. I highly recommend Andrew; he is awesome!

Andrew is like family to me. I came to him for parkour lessons for a performance and after awhile I stopped for three months. I then came back and we got super close. He's not just an instructor, he's a dope person and he gets to know you inside and out while he teaches you about himself, how the world works, his opinions, everything. You get to learn about each other in the process of becoming a warrior and that's why I love doing it. I've been through a lot and I consider him family as he does with me. I love him like family honestly and I am a warrior through Rebound.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Usually for about 3 days a week, day or night, I charge about 50.00 a week, because I am not doing this to get rich, I am doing this to see lives changed. And we can always go up on days.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First I see exactly what the client wants, whether that is to lose weight, get stronger mentally or physically, be more agile etc. and then we cater a program that is unique to them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I was an acrobat for 10 years, and then I became a professional acrobat/performer for 6. I went through a dark period in my life between these two arenas where I became obese, I was at one point 365 lbs! Through hard work and determination, I was able to shed over 150 lbs in about a year and 4 months. Now I coach and train full time. My experience comes FROM my experiences!
