All of my communication with Gary was online via Thumbtack. He answered every question I had before hiring him. I wasn't able to be home when the job was performed, but came home to a beautiful house! It's been a few weeks and I'm thrilled to say that, thanks to the plant wash he uses, not a single plant has turned yellow or dropped any leaves. That's a first in my pressure washing experience with other companies!! I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer!

Gary was very professional and polite. He was great at communication and very punctual. Did a great job on my house and didn't disturb the yard or invironment surrounding it. I will depend on Soft Wash Pros for my spring cleaning from here on out.

Excellent Job!! We had a lot of grime and mold from the winter and it was completely taken care of. Garage, house and porches all look great. I will definitely use Soft Wash Pros again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quote prices may increase based on the height of property i.e. one story home vs a two or three story home. Once I am able to see the property I will be able to give you an exact price to complete the job. My prices may be higher than my competitors because of the advanced techniques we use at Soft Wash Pros. Please read our reviews and see what real customers think about our service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I will survey property for exterior home cleaning. I will thoroughly explain what they will expect from my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a SoftWash Systems Certified Applicator Company. This entails a 22 hour instructional course with 6 hours of hands on proficiency and a 200 question certification test.
