- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I put a ton of importance in first impressions. When working with a new customer, I value getting building a trusting working relationship to complete the job, exceed their expectations and leave every job better than the competition would.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience with general handyman tasks, I am a certified Appliance Repair Technician through the Master Samurai Appliance Tech Academy, and I have prior work experience in hard surface flooring, and custom tile work.
