We have used other cleaning services and HavenWorks is the best. The HavenWorks Team went over and above what was expected. We have a large house and have used HavenWorks twice and plan to use them on a regular basis. Martha is great to work with and organized a plan to meet our needs. I am especially "picky" and am so glad to find a service that knows about the quality of cleanliness; therefore, I recommend HavenWorks!!

They arrived around 7am in the morning and worked to noon to restore my move out Apt to better condition than it was when I first moved in

Martha is really nice and stayed in contact with me during my job in a timely manner. Although, this company is a little pricey. Make sure to get a complete detailed list of the exact work they will be doing, not an overall description of the job.
Details: 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Move out cleaning • Fridge cleaning • Oven cleaning • Baseboard cleaning • Interior cabinet cleaning • No pets in home • Just once
HavenWorks Cleaning Co.'s reply
Thank you, Laura, for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and your comments about providing a more detailed list of exactly what is included in the service are very helpful. Going forward, we’ll be working to make sure our clients receive clearer, more detailed information about the work included before their cleaning. Thank you again for choosing HavenWorks and for giving us an opportunity to learn and improve.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At HavenWorks Cleaning Co., our pricing is based on the time and detail your home needs. We offer three service levels — Basic, Pro, and Premium — with first-time cleanings typically ranging from $200–$800+ depending on condition and square footage. Recurring services generally fall between $200–$400.
We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Add-on services (such as inside fridge, oven, cabinets, deep baseboards, or extra rooms) are available if needed.
We also offer free walkthroughs, recurring-service discounts, and travel fees only apply outside Rapid City.
Every estimate is customized so you know exactly what you’re paying for before scheduling.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin every new client relationship with a free in-home walkthrough to understand your needs, expectations, and the condition of the space.
From there, we:
Recommend the right package (Basic, Pro, or Premium).
Provide a clear time estimate and price breakdown.
Discuss any add-ons or special requests.
Schedule your cleaning at a time that works best for you.
Our cleaners arrive on time, fully equipped, and complete a detailed checklist tailored to your home. After the appointment, we follow up to make sure you’re fully satisfied and to set up recurring service if desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safe supply handling. HavenWorks Cleaning Co. follows a structured cleaning checklist system, ensuring consistency and quality every visit.
We also prioritize supportive employment, meaning our cleaners receive hands-on training, safety guidance, and ongoing coaching to help them perform at their best while providing reliable, trustworthy service to your home.
