Hello There! My name is Whitney, I have years of cleaning experience and would be happy to discuss your housekeeping needs! I am a sole proprietor who is dependable, upbeat, in shape and professional. I was a registered provider on Care.com and have a background check and motor vehicle report available from there! My rate is $35 an hour and I can provide my own cleaning supplies for no additional charge. From steam mop to dish soap, I bring it all! Additional flat fee for travel expenses may apply depending on location of job site. I enjoy cleaning a variety of places and always strive to provide quality work and customer service. I have been hired to clean homes, farms, offices, barns, vacation rentals, and even automobiles!! I have two bachelor degrees from Black Hills State University. I have three years experience supporting adults who have intellectual and physical disabilities. One of my greatest accomplishments is having helped develop and operate a program specifically designed for the purpose of providing meaningful recreational opportunities to those supported by Black Hills Works. Whitney is exactly the person I was looking for when I was seeking a reliable person to clean our home. We've started with deep cleaning since I've been attempting to keep up with it for a couple years now and not doing a terrific job of it. When we came home it smelled clean and looked clean. Beyond Phenomenal! This was the first time I ever tried using this app and she was the first person I contacted. She got back to me within 5 minutes and our appointment was set. I had been trying different things off-and-on for a month before downloading this app and I immediately found Whitney. Her hours were super flexible and worked great for my wife and I (and our 2 kids). Her work was incredible. Super-thorough. We had just moved in and really needed that solid deep clean and it just took me forever to find someone. I couldn’t be happier with her services and the value can’t be beat! She was very punctual and professional. And my 2 y/o loved being around her and she was just so sweet! Now our place looks amazing and we will definitely use her again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 35 dollars an hour and an additional fixed travel fee if substantial travel is required. I can provide my own large variety of cleaning supplies and tools for no additional cost. I am available on weekdays and some weekends. I have current weekly, biweekly and monthly appointments available. I also provide move-out and move-in cleaning services as well as home organizing services, personal companion care for the elderly and/or disabled and many other services!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a in person meeting and possibly a written contact to be signed before services began.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained several years of housekeeping experience while in college. I am a detail oriented and self motivated. I have several current clients that I would be happy to put you in contact with upon request.
