- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the level of depth, personalization, and long-term value I offer. I work with clients who are ready to rebuild strength, regulate their nervous system, and reclaim autonomy in their bodies. In-person coaching starts at $600 for 4 weeks and scales to $2200 for 16 weeks. Online programs begin at $375, including movement, nutrition, and recovery support. All programs include coaching check-ins, tailored programming, and an integrated support tool.s Payment plans are available; I aim to make transformation accessible without compromising the integrity of the wo.rk Priority resources and bonuses are included with longer-term commitments .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a structured but flexible approach with every new client, ensuring we begin with clarity and alignment. Intake includes a deep-dive form covering history, movement patterns, emotional load, and capacity. A physical and nervous system assessment follows, online or in person. You receive a welcome packet, playlist, and access to your coaching platform. I design your movement, recovery, and nutrition plan based on your current reality, not abstract ideals. We meet consistently, adjust as needed, and track emotional, physical, and behavioral shifts throughout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work is backed by formal education, hands-on experience, and deep interdisciplinary study. B.S. in Psychology & B.S. in Sociology Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), CPR/AED/First Aid Certified Over ten years of direct care work in rehab, behavioral support, and trauma-informed environments. Currently pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience with a focus on cognition, nervous system regulation, the mind-body connection, and movement. Ongoing personal research and client application in trauma recovery, progressive overload, and embodiment science and integration research.
