- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'd like to make it affordable for everybody but to make sure your commited the price will go down if you commit more time to keep consistant.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! it is required to have so many credits every 2 years..it can be spendy but it keeps you up to date and safe
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I loved it before I realized it...when I was little I would act like I was Olivia newton John(some know who that is) and wear my leos and headband singing let's get physical. I became very unhealthy in highschool and then had twins and was working out to buns of steal and cindy Crawford. Fast forward many years and it is the only thing that can keep me interested effortlessly. I can't live without it! I'm most happiest when I get to do what I love which is fitness and helping people find there happy mind body and soul!
