- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts with multiple services approved. Up to 10% spring or fall clean ups. With every referral we offer either discount on months bills or a prepaid gift card. Otherwise lawn work starts at 50$ to drop the gate on trailer. We charge hourly for spring and fall work. Snow we have a per push or a prepay option. Then landscaping is 100$/hr + materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial call, quote sent and approved/declined, schedule job. Meet customer prior to services on property. Complete services and bill for recurring jobs monthly. And one of jobs upon completion, w/ 50%upfront 50% when completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CDL A,B w/ air, chemicals applicators license, landscape designer, business marketing degree, web page and graphic designs. 13 years experience in industry.
