I found Ribbons and Frills on Next Door when looking for someone to do balloon arches and columns for Back to School parties, first day of school and upcoming school events. I could not be more thrilled to have found her. She was amazing!! She was very easy to work with, her prices were very reasonable, her work was very professional and her balloon columns were larger than any others I have seen. Tam decorated an Airbnb for me as a surprise for my friend for her birthday trip in Nashville. The ballon arch was beautiful. Tam was very quick with responses whenever I had a question. She even picked up a bottle of champagne to have in the room as we arrived.
