I found Ribbons and Frills on Next Door when looking for someone to do balloon arches and columns for Back to School parties, first day of school and upcoming school events. I could not be more thrilled to have found her. She was amazing!! Tam decorated an Airbnb for me as a surprise for my friend for her birthday trip in Nashville. The ballon arch was beautiful. Tam was very quick with responses whenever I had a question. She even picked up a bottle of champagne to have in the room as we arrived.
