FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our duct cleaning pricing is based on the size of the home, number of HVAC systems, accessibility, and the level of buildup inside the ductwork. We don’t use “too-good-to-be-true” pricing because proper duct cleaning requires specialized equipment, trained technicians, and time. You’ll receive clear pricing upfront—no surprise add-ons or pressure to buy services you don’t need. Clear findings & recommendations, explained in plain language Written scope of work and estimate Professional remediation, following industry standards and proper containment Final walkthrough to review completed work and next steps for prevention Our goal is to make a stressful situation feel straightforward and well-managed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a thorough, professional process: Initial consultation to understand air quality concerns, odors, dust, or health symptoms Visual inspection of ductwork, registers, and air handler components Clear explanation of findings and whether duct cleaning is actually recommended Professional duct cleaning, using negative air and source-removal methods Optional sanitization or system cleaning, only when appropriate Final walkthrough so you understand what was done and how to maintain clean air Our focus is improving air quality—not just making ducts look clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional HVAC duct cleaning and indoor air quality best practices, including proper negative air use, contamination control, and safe cleaning methods. We focus on source removal, not fogging or masking contaminants, and we follow standards designed to protect both the HVAC system and the occupants.
