Jake with Franklin Window Company did an AMAZING job replacing my busted window. After the initial consultation was complete he quickly ordered the replacement glass and showed up for installation within days of it arriving. If I need any needs from window repair/ replacement to doors, he’s going to be my first call.

Jake came out within the hour and was an absolute pleasure to meet. Such a nice, kind young man. He took great care in completing the job and was able to get rid of everything I needed him to. I will definitely hire Jake again!
