Both he and I agreed the standard railing wood would never look like it belonged even with several applications of stain, so he voluntarily removed his installation and found a better lumber source that had dried Western cedar which was naturally much closer to the original wood.In addition, he took on a challenge of a gate that had suffered two rounds of incorrect structural design and a leaning support post sunken into a specially finished concrete patio that made properly correcting it financially unreasonable. Joe talked through options with me and using visuals, we agreed on a creative and artistic solution that would improve the gate structure and functionality while minimizing the appearance of the wayward support post."See more

Let me start by saying that initially Steve seemed reliable, but then he needed to order siding and said he would return to finish the install/framing of our French doors and then… radio silence. While we sincerely hope that Steve and his family are well, we have not had any response to our texts/phone calls/emails and we are left with an incomplete installation. Frankly, to ghost us is completely unprofessional and I would use our story as a cautionary tale.
