My partner and I were in a dark place. I was convinced we were doomed and were past the point of repair. If I were to give advice to someone who was in a relationship like ours had become, I would say GET.OUT.NOW. For nearly a year and a half we were fighting and insulting one another on a regular basis.
We would go days without speaking. We said terrible things to one another that can’t be taken back. There was lying, screaming, betrayal and cheating. Trust was something that didn’t exist. We were at a point where the only two choices we had were to get help or split up.
I was skeptical because of multiple bad experiences I had with counseling in the past. It wasn’t like that with Josh and Jaclyn. They are real and don’t pretend to be a perfect couple. They are relatable and brutally honest. My partner and I laughed, cried and yelled at one another during our sessions and not once felt judged.
Even when it wasn’t time for our weekly session, Josh and Jaclyn were available to offer support. At the end of 12 weeks my partner and I ended up stronger and having a better understanding of one another. Trust is being rebuilt and we communicate in a much healthier way. I learned how important it is to sometimes just fall on my sword because it’s really not about the dishes.

My decision to coach with Josh & Jaclyn was definitely one of the best decisions we could have made for our relationship. In just 3 short months, we went from thinking about engagement & our life together to actually engaged, and there's no doubt that a lot of that had to do with the work we did and the coaching we received.
Before working with Josh & Jaclyn, we were two people who loved each other deeply, but couldn't figure out how to communicate in a way that made us both feel heard & understood. Oftentimes, we would go for hours in silence before speaking again.
After our very first session, we knew we were in the right place, and after a couple weeks, we were understanding each other & communicating better than we ever were before. The individual sessions mixed with our couples sessions helped us gain a better awareness of what we needed to work on within ourselves, as well as how to recognize when those things showed up in the relationship.
Since coaching with Josh & Jaclyn, our disagreements are few & far between because we finally know how to speak each other's languages. The level of comfort & safety that we both feel within our relationship now can't be described, and we are so grateful that we both took the scary leap to try this together.
The fact that they are a couple as well made it an even better experience, because we both felt that we had someone to relate to and often, they could relate their past experiences directly to ours and help us feel that we weren't alone. Josh and Jaclyn's coaching styles complement each other perfectly, and we highly recommend them to any couple who is looking to create more intimacy, closeness, and understanding in their relationship.

Before we met Josh, Kim & I were at odds with each other. We were in a war. Anyways, one session with Josh really helped us out. It helped us communicate better. It helped me to understand her feelings better & her to understand my feelings better. It was an awesome session & thanks so much Josh!

We had a session with Josh and Jaclyn. We were not communicating well. With positive coaching and suggested new ways to view and feeling like we were in a safe place to verbalize fears were have been able to move on. We are grateful that both Josh and Jaclyn gave their support. Should we find ourselves at another roadblock, it is comforting to know they will be available and willing to coach us through.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After meeting on a 30 minute consultation call, we will place you in the coaching program that is a perfect fit for your situation. Pricing varies depending on the customers' needs, wants & desires.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We dive deep right away into the FUN stuff! To be more specific - we go right into what's not working & purging from both parties in our first session. We will have a very clear idea prior to the first session what these are because the client fills out an onboarding form with lots of deeply personal questions. From here we let the couple coach themselves through vulnerably sharing in a safe space.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jaclyn & I (Josh writing this) have the education of being coached by a couples' mentor ourselves for the last 5 years as well as being a couple ourselves. We like to say you can learn from the person who learned about better communication techniques in a textbook. Or you can learn how to effectively communicate with your partner from a couple who had such poor communication they broke up twice & through the techniques they learned are now happily engaged & share a deeper love than they ever thought was possible:).
