- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My training rates are structured based on the number of sessions per week. Each client has the option to create a customized plan tailored to their individual goals and needs. I’m always happy to work with you to find the schedule and program that best fits your lifestyle and objectives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients begin with an initial consultation and evaluation. From there, I’ll design a customized training plan tailored specifically to your goals and needs. This process applies to all 1-on-1 clients and sports performance athletes. For those joining GroupFit classes, an individual evaluation will not be required. However, I will provide exercise modifications, progressions, and regressions as needed to ensure each client trains safely and effectively within the group setting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications include his personal trainer (CPT), Functional movement systems (FMS) Level 1 Certified, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 (PNI).
