- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each customer's need is different and each quote is customized for their need individually. We do not use a "standard pricing system" but work with the customer to best meet their need at the most affordable price. We offer different level pricing options with up to 100% full replacement fifty (50) year shingle warranties, material and labor. We do offer seasonal discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with each customer for a consultation to provide a free inspection and answer any questions they have. We provide them with the best options available to meet their need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Shingle Master and have over 30 years experience in the construction industry. This experience is of a wide range which includes building houses from the ground up. This gives us a vast working knowledge of structural requirements and solutions. We also stay up to date on new products,systems and continuing education training requirements to keep up with today's changing industry and building codes.
