Robert did a fine job getting my carpets clean. I did not appreciate the fact that he brought his dog and tied him up outside. The dog jumped on me when I arrived. I also thought Robert's attitude toward the job was rude. He chastised me for having debris on my carpets. Well, that's why I hired a carpet cleaner.
