You got a problem that requires a pro? A problem where you can’t tell what the issue is? The average computer service tells you to “bring it to the store”? You are a small service, but you would like to experience service like the big player? You have carried your computer to every store, and none could find the issue, but as soon as you are back home, it starts again? As the founder of Computer R³ and double Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), I don’t believe in a computer repair service that is run in a storefront. A store is for selling, a shop or a lab is for repairing and investigating. With a shop, the repair service must have at least the latest kind of hardware sitting in windows and shelves waiting to be purchased. And the price for that, plus the rent is billed to you, the customer. I believe in offering high-quality service, the service companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers, BMW, Ford, and the like hire to get their problems fixed. And they don’t drive to a shop, they expect to have the problem fixed, where it happens: at their location. My services: Your description will be heard, taken seriously, and investigated. Your computer is too slow? No problem, from cleaning up to hardware replacement, I can offer it all. Your printer is no longer responding? I can fix it. You have been hacked? I will take care of it, including creating a forensic backup for you to take to court. You have a virus? Let’s clean it! Ransomware? Most of them are no problem for me. One thing ahead. Thumbtack's prices don't reflect the way real IT professionals work. The charge is $80 by the hour plus hardware if needee. However for private sector we don't charge after the 3rd hour on the job. FAQ: Do I need to reinstall your computer? Only at a last resort and only after a complete backup. What if it takes longer than agreed? If you have a problem, that proves more complex than originally thought you only pay for the maximum time agreed upon. Will I bill you for new hardware? Not without talking with you first. I will explain to you which parts need to be replaced and how much it will cost you (I always will try to find the best bargain for you). Sometimes fixing it costs more than a new computer… If that’s the case I will let you know.
