Hey I’m Philip Mai, owner of Southern Builds. I focus mainly on concrete work like driveways, patios, slabs, and foundations with clean finishes and fair pricing. I’ve been in construction for years and recently passed my BC-A contractor exam, and I also hold lead abatement certification, so I understand projects from start to finish and how to do them safely and correctly.

Needed a little ramp for my drive way so it wasn’t so rough and he did it perfectly how I wanted it. We spray painted how I wanted it and in a few days Phil and his crew knocked it out.
