FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start with a quick inspection to figure out exactly what your job needs, then I give you a clear quote before any work begins, no hidden fees or surprise charges. Parts and materials are billed at average running cost, and my labor has a 2-hour minimum charge to cover the time and expertise needed to get the job done right that's applied to the total if you go ahead with the repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll reach out to confirm the details of your request and schedule a time that works best for you. When I arrive, I start with a quick but thorough inspection to figure out exactly what your equipment needs. I’ll explain what I find and give you a clear, upfront quote. If you’re good with the plan, I get straight to work; there’s a two-hour minimum labor charge to cover the time and know-how your job deserves. I bring all the tools and common parts I might need, so most jobs are done in one visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve got hands-on experience and practical training that comes from years of working directly with small engines, outdoor equipment, and residential maintenance. I studied at the Rollins College of Business, which laid the foundation for running my own company successfully, staying up to date on best practices and manufacturer standards is a big part of the deal.
