I’ve been debating on whether I wanted to write a review because I feel cheated at the amount that I had to clean after the cleaner left versus what I paid for the cleaning even after the discount.
Customer service was friendly and all my questions were answered. They sent me a list of cleanings and prices. I was initially quoted $129 for a deep clean but I needed a move out clean which was more for all that was offered at $259. The apartment was small and a mess after I moved everything out but I believe that that is to be expected as it is a move out clean.
The cleaner was a bit late. I actually was getting nervous that they’d be a no show. They were about 15-20 minutes late. I was taking out the big trash that couldn’t be swept when they pulled up so I know for a fact they got there late. It was only one person. I got the rest of the trash and got out of their way. I was late for work already.
I will say that they had the base boards pretty clean and cleaned a piece of furniture that I never used but that was the only thing that I did not have to go behind them and clean quite literally. I forgot to check the windows now that I think about it but I had to take more time out of work and deep clean the entire apartment behind them. The more I checked stuff the more I had to clean. I was already sore and tired to begin with. My feet were already swollen and now I had to scrub, sweep, mop, clean the bathroom, fridge, oven, microwave, closet, cabinets, just about everything. I was given a discount but did not want to pay that as there was so much to clean. The more I looked, the more I found. The cleaner basically ran before I could do a walk through so I was already irritated at that point. I’m beyond disappointed.
I gave 3 stars because of customer service and a discount was offered at $159. I added a few photos from the ones I took. The apartment was cleaned at surface level not deep clean or move out clean. It was only wiped enough to where if you squint your eyes, maybe you wouldn’t see the mess that was left. I even took at video showing that the floor could’ve been cleaned with a cleaner and light scrub. Had I not looked, I wouldn’t been billed for the complex to clean the mess that was left. As I’m typing this, I realize there were a few places that I forgot to check myself. The few pictures that I post won’t show the full amount that I had to clean. I believe that this could’ve just been my experience though.
