We keep our pricing straightforward and competitive. Our base rates are based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning needed (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out). There are no hidden fees, and we offer discounts for recurring cleans and referrals. You’ll always know what to expect before we start. PLUS we offer a 24 hour Satisfaction Guarantee! If it's not exactly right - we are on our way back to make it better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or online form to understand your needs. From there, we match you with one of our trained cleaners, confirm the date/time, and send over a checklist of what to expect. We stay in communication before, during, and after the clean to ensure everything meets your standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners go through structured hands-on training focused on cleaning technique, attention to detail, customer service, and safety. We also provide a professional cleaning kit with every team member to ensure consistency and quality across all jobs.
