Upon contact, company was very professional and responsive. The beds and sheets were made nicely and dishes were cleaned. However, I was prompted to watch back my cameras because my kitchen, bathroom and living floors still had crumbs and hair on them. It appears they swept but only mopped in a few areas. Moreover, microwave, kitchen counters, coffee tables were either not addressed or poorly wiped. Underside of toilet seats still had urine on them. We paid $200 for a clean are disappointed in a job that was not done as anticipated.
