- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our fees on the size of the company and how often they pay their employees. Our fees are straight forward and clearly defined, and we will never "nickel and dime" you for little requests that should be provided by a payroll provider.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make converting to our payroll system as simple as possible. We will work with our customer to make sure that we collect all necessary information, and customize our systems to meet their needs.
