- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based on size of job and number of services provided. The more services you get at one time the more savings I can provide on price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to try to get to understand what exactly the customer needs are. Some times it is hard to make a blind quote on Decks and driveways. Size can make a difference in the price of the two. I like to come out and do a walk around and make sure the customer and I are on the same page. It is a lot easier to give a more accurate price when visually seeing the project at hand.

Started doing this type of work on a past job. I enjoy watching something come from dirty and grimy to clean.
