I hired Thomas to fix an issue with my wooden fence gates not working. He was very polite, showed up when he said he would, and the gates are working finally! I have been trying to get someone to fix them for months.

Please do not hire this guy. He is extremely kind and pleasant to talk to, but he has a long way to go to become a professional. He didn’t show up at all the first day, almost an hour late the second day, then didn’t show up at all the third day, each with a different excuse. His text communication was slow and infrequent, so frustrating to deal with even after I was so understanding two days in a row. After he ghosted the third time, I was done.
He was installing a pre-fab closet system and didn’t even finish, plus did some things incorrectly so I had to hire another professional to take apart his work then start back over. He scratched my walls and baseboards too.
Again, super nice guy, really meant well, just doesn’t have the communication or professional skills needed to do the job well.

YOULL REGRET IT!!!I KNOW I DO!!!My uncle died on the first day of this job, and I missed the second day and on third day this insensitive guy hires someone else. Then the guy he hired tells him I installed se things wrong. first off, you didn't see these things for yourself. You took the word of the guy that really messed them up and blamed me. Also, he wouldn't return my tools for almost a week!! "Bitter, party of one, you're tables ready. " PLEASE DONT TAKE THIS GUYS WORK FELLOW THUMBTACKERS! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I KNOW I DO!!
