- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of the equipment will always be the same price that the venders charge me. There is no upcharge for any equipment. You will find it's cheaper this way and I will provide the invoices sent to me by the vendors of the products so you can compare the prices with others if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out exactly what is needed and required from the customer. Do a walkthrough and determine the best way to get the required lines to where they need to go and get the customer to ok everything before starting. Go over all the options available with equipment. Go over with any customer education needed to operate everything until the customer is satisfied with the project completion.
