We have used this company for several jobs both at our home and our office. We had a movie theater added to our home when we finished our renovations, the crew that came out was top notch! Professional, respectful of the foot traffic on the new carpets ( shoe covers ) but genuinely just very professional in all aspects. We have used this same company at 2 different office locations for our security system as well as the computer system we needed. HIGHLY recommend and will be using them when our beach house Reno is completed.

Tech security LLC did me an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. I’ve been having a lot of stuff stolen here in my yard and like a dumb dumb I tried to go to the cheap way and go to Walmart and buy some cameras. Well that didn’t work out too well, so I called this company and on the next day They were able to come out and get this whole system installed for me and at an amazing price great people and great professional work. I highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of the equipment will always be the same price that the venders charge me. There is no upcharge for any equipment. You will find it's cheaper this way and I will provide the invoices sent to me by the vendors of the products so you can compare the prices with others if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out exactly what is needed and required from the customer. Do a walkthrough and determine the best way to get the required lines to where they need to go and get the customer to ok everything before starting. Go over all the options available with equipment. Go over with any customer education needed to operate everything until the customer is satisfied with the project completion.
